Q: What if I can’t take my vacation before it expires?

Q: What kind of accommodations will I have while I am there?

If you are visiting on a scheduled tour, you will stay with one of several preferred partner hotels or other type of accommodations based on your package type or customer’s preferred upgrade. has vacation packages that provide condo or even cabin accommodations right here on Trophy Run property. Your Customer Service agent will review all of your choices with you when you set your reservation.

Q: How many people will my vacation package accommodate?

TakeMe2Branson vacation packages are designed for a family of up to 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Upgrades are available if needed for family suites, condo, cabins or even extra rooms.

Q: When will I take my tour presentation?

Your tour is typically scheduled for the second day of arrival and there are several different tour times to choose from. Your customer service agent will go over this with you when you schedule your dates to travel.

Q: What if I have a friend or family member that would like to purchase a vacation package?

TakeMe2Branson would love to extend promotional offers to your friends and family members. As a matter of fact, they will honor the same rate you received on a promotional offer for 30 days even if the promotion has ended to one of your referrals. Keep in mind that two package holders cannot travel on the same date on these promotional offers. If you have further questions on how TakeMe2Branson can accommodate other family members wanting to travel on the same date please call the customer service department and one of the agents will be happy to assist you with your particular needs.

Q: Do I have to purchase anything?

There is absolutely no obligation to purchase or join anything. We know that you have choices when you travel and we hope to see you back again at Trophy Run in the future, and hopefully tell a friend or two about us!
