You agree to hold Northpointe Development Company, LLC, and their related or affiliated companies harmless and hereby release and indemnify their agents and employees from any and all liability that may arise from entering your Contact Information or accessing this Site.
This offer of discounted travel is designed for married and cohabitating couples with a verifiable annual household income of $50,000 USD for U.S. Citizens/Residents and $60,000 USD for Canadian and U.K. Citizens/Residents excluding any income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, or disability. (Minimum requirement may be higher and other qualifications may vary, based on destination and season of travel). Qualified participants are individuals between the ages of 28-76 who must attend an approximate 90-minute tour and sales presentation. If married, cohabitating or engaged, both individuals must attend presentation together and present a valid major credit card, no pre-paid cards accepted. Guest must have a valid credit card with an available credit line to hold resort security deposit and taxes upon check-in If married or cohabiting, both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by either a valid photo identification or another form of government issued identification. All qualified participants must speak English fluently. Current Trophy Run owners may qualify for certain promotions if the above criteria has been met and are in good standing. Failure to qualify at time of arrival and/or attend the sales presentation will result in a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full rental rate based on destination and season of travel plus the retail rate of any discount attraction tickets that were included in the vacation package. In addition, Guest must have a FICO score of 600 or higher as reported by Experian at the time the Guest arrives at the resort. In the event Guest has a FICO score of less than 600, Guest may be offered an alternative product.
Reservations are first-come, first-served, based upon availability. Accommodations price shown is good for 2 adults and up to 2 children, under the age of 18, in a hotel room during value season, unless otherwise noted. Travel during peak season, holidays and special events are subject to a surcharge. Blackout dates may apply. Additional nights, larger units and discounted attraction tickets are available. This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. Be advised that you may not be eligible for all premiums offered in this promotion. Subject to qualifications, this offer is only available to citizens of the United States and/or in countries where registered.
Any date changes or cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a $25 service fee. Date changes made within 72 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of $25 plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate. Travel must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase or as stated in the offer. This offer is not available to groups, family reunions (three or more families traveling together), current Trophy Run owners, employees and their immediate families. Persons who have toured Trophy Run Resort within the last 6months or that have participated in a discounted promotional offer, requiring a tour, more than twice at Trophy Run are subject to a surcharge of the difference between the discounted vacation package price and the full retail rate based on destination and season of travel. No pets allowed. One offer per household, valid only in states where registered, and persons cannot reside within 100 miles of Branson, MO. Transportation, meals, taxes, gratuities and other travel related expenses are not included unless contained in the offer. Average retail value for packages shown are between $99 and $1000 per night based on travel season. Offers are not directed to residents in any state and does not constitute an offer in which a registration of the timeshare plan is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met.
